Baldur Development Group (BD Group) is a Kentucky-based general contractor serving commercial and residential clients. Justin Halbrook

Founder, Baldur Development Group

Justin Halbrook is the owner of Baldur Development Group, a Kentucky general contractor serving commercial and residential clients. He leads the company's estimating, project planning, and client relationships, and works directly with general contractors, business owners, and homeowners from bid through closeout.

His Career in the field, building and managing custom homes, and home building has always stayed close to his heart. Today he leads both residential and commercial projects, from custom homes and renovations to healthcare clinics, retail and automotive facilities, and public-sector work across Kentucky. He knows the details that keep a job on track, including accurate takeoffs, clear scopes, coordination with MEP and other trades, and a schedule the crew can actually hit.

He started BD Group with a simple goal: to become the most trusted builder in Kentucky. He wants the company known for quality work, kept commitments, and relationships that last beyond one project. He is also committed to building his team. That means investing in training and mentorship and promoting from within so BD Group develops the next generation of craftsmen and leaders.
